Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday, delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Monday before 4:00 PM are shipped on Monday, delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Tuesday before 4:00 PM are shipped on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday.
Orders placed on Wednesday before 4:00 PM are shipped on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday.
Orders placed on Thursday before 4:00 PM are shipped on Thursday, delivered on Friday.
Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM are shipped on Friday, delivered on Saturday.
We are dependent on DPD and Post NL for delivery; the delivery days mentioned above are an indication.
Payment via bank transfer may result in an additional working day for processing.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package to the recipient's home. If the recipient is not home, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a close neighbour. If they are also not home, the package will be taken to the nearest Pickup parcelshop where you can collect it from the following day. The recipient will be informed via email that they can collect the package from the Pickup parcelshop.
