Fimo Air is STAEDTLER's air-drying clay. Unlike Fimo Soft, Fimo Effect and Fimo Professional, Fimo Air does not need to be baked in an oven. It dries naturally in the air, making it practical for modelling, decoration, shapes, school projects and creative hobbies.

Choose Fimo Air when you want to work without an oven or create larger decorative objects. It is suitable for figures, bowls, pendants, relief, decoration and creative projects where a natural clay texture is desired. For very fine jewellery or thin details, oven-hardening Fimo is often stronger.
Fimo Air is available in different versions, such as basic, light and effects like wood or granite. Fimo Air Light is lighter in weight and useful for larger shapes. Effect versions give a special look without needing much mixing or painting.
Let Fimo Air dry completely before sanding, painting or varnishing. Drying time depends on the thickness of the piece. Turn thicker objects carefully while drying so they dry evenly. Store unused clay airtight to prevent it from drying out.
